The O2 Load and Go Card is free pay as you go card which has been set up by O2 and Natwest. The O2 Load and Go Card is an unverified card which means they have not checked your details. With a O2 Load and Go Card the total card balance must not exceed £1800 in any year (365 consecutive days).

Is there a charge to get an O2 Load and Go Card?
No. It's one of the perks of being an O2 mobile user. But if you're on Pay & Go, you need to have topped up £10 in the last three months and continue to do so to keep the card active.
How do I load money on to my O2 Load and Go Card?
Loading Online
Load & Go only: You can also load cash onto your card at O2 shops or independent retailers and petrol stations that show either the PayPoint or e-pay signs. Text ' Load ' to 80202 free for your nearest load location.
To use the remote load locator they need to share your location with a 3rd party supplier. Please make sure you're happy for us to do this before using the service. Is my O2 Cash Manager Card like a bank account / credit card / debit card?
Your O2 Load and Go Card is not a credit card or charge card but it works like a debit card. It is a Visa ® Card that carries a variable amount of money dependent on how much has been loaded on to it. Each time you use the card to purchase something or withdraw cash at an ATM, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.

This could be for a number of reasons.
1. Your O2 Load and Go Card is damaged,
2. You have no balance left on your O2 Load and Go Card account and need to top up some more money.
3. O2 Load and Go Card have blocked the card for security purposes or on your instructions
4. The O2 Load and Go Card has expired, please check the expiry date on the card itself.
